Brown's to update their valuable art collection for
insurance purposes. We charge a $100 minimum fee to
photograph, list, research, and catalogue a collection.
Whether it is one piece or many, Brown's has the

Art Restoration
| Brown's Fine Art enlists the expertise of 2 art restorers for works of art on canvas and paper. They are Carol Smuck, of Jackson, and Margaret Moreland, of Baton Rouge. |

Initial consultation
for artwork is free. A phone call to Brown's is all that
is necessary to having your home or office beautified by
art. One of our trained staff members will come to you to
discuss your art needs, likes, and dislikes. We can then
bring out selections from the gallery for you to try.

Custom
framing
| Brown's is well known
for the tasteful selection of matting and framing of
customer's artworks, documents, photographs, needlepoint,
etc. Using only the best materials in matting and
framing, Brown's frames for longevity and protection of
all works framed. |

Installation

After all selections
of artwork are made, the professional staff at Brown's
can install them in your home or office. No matter how
many pieces are involved, Brown's is experienced at
hanging pictures correctly. Usually for larger jobs we
waive our fee for hanging works purchased at Brown's. |
Matting and French mats
| Matboard carried by
Brown's is made only of 100% rag acid free boards. Our
experienced mat cutters can design old world style
"French" mats with lines, watercolor wash
panels, and colorful book papers to enhance any original,
print, antique print, or other work being framed. In addition, Brown's uses the Wizard matcutting system and can design and cut any sort of mat for a more creative effect. |
